Payment Methods

This page lists the payment methods you can use in our shop and explains what happens with each one. The options actually available to you are shown at checkout.

Credit and debit card

In cooperation with Shopify Payments we offer you the payment methods listed below:

• Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Your card details are transmitted to the payment provider in encrypted form. We never see or store complete card details ourselves.

PayPal

Only a few steps to pay:

1. Select "PayPal" as the payment method at checkout.
2. To process the payment you are redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and authorise the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and pay by invoice via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.
4. You are then returned to us (www.getflowglow.com).

Apple Pay

You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do so you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device, completing the required verification steps. For the transaction, Apple Pay uses the payment details you have stored in the Apple Wallet app. Further information is available at https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT201469

Google Pay

You can pay with Google Pay during the order process. To do so you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device, completing the required verification steps. Shop Pay

Shop Pay lets you save your shipping and payment details for future orders, which makes checkout noticeably faster next time. Those details are stored by Shopify, not by us.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

• Pay by invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods. You can find the invoice purchase conditions for deliveries to Germany at https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/EID/de_de/invoice?fee=0 and for deliveries to Austria at https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/EID/de_at/invoice?fee=0.
• Instalment purchase: With Klarna's financing service you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but no less than EUR 6.95), or under the conditions otherwise stated at checkout. Each instalment is due at the end of the month following the monthly invoice sent by Klarna. • Sofort: Your account is debited immediately after you place the order.

Use of the payment methods pay by invoice and instalment purchase requires a positive credit assessment. To that end we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of initiating and processing the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit assessment. Sofort bank transfer

Sofortüberweisung – simple, direct payment.

"Sofort." is the direct bank transfer method of Sofort GmbH – A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking details (PIN/TAN), without registering – now in the new Klarna design. Once the transfer is complete, the merchant receives a real-time confirmation, so stocked goods and digital items can be dispatched immediately, and you receive your purchases sooner.
