FlowGlow Effect Lamp warranty extension — years 3 and 4

This paid warranty extension protects your FlowGlow Effect Lamp for a total of four years from delivery.

2. Your statutory rights

If goods are defective, you have statutory rights against the seller. Exercising those rights is free of charge. This warranty does not restrict those rights. It applies in addition to the included two-year FlowGlow warranty.

3. Covered product

One warranty extension covers one new FlowGlow Effect Lamp, model 333-42, when you buy it as a consumer directly from getflowglow.com in the same order. You need one extension for each lamp. Your order confirmation identifies the covered product and quantity.

The FlowGlow Base, remote controls, and other accessories are not covered by this extension.

4. Duration and geographic scope

The additional coverage begins two years after delivery of the covered lamp and ends four years after delivery. It is valid within the European Union. FlowGlow pays any necessary return-shipping costs within the European Union.

5. What the warranty covers

The warranty applies if the lamp develops a functional defect during the third or fourth year under normal, intended use. This includes the lamp’s integrated electronics and firmware required for its normal functions.

A qualifying defect that appears during the coverage period is presumed to be covered unless FlowGlow establishes that one of the exclusions below caused it.

You may request a free repair or a defect-free replacement. If your chosen remedy is impossible or would involve disproportionate cost, FlowGlow may provide the other remedy. FlowGlow covers all necessary transport, labor, and material costs. The remedy will be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.

If neither repair nor replacement is possible, FlowGlow will refund the price actually paid for the covered lamp. FlowGlow collects a replaced lamp at its own cost.

6. What is not covered

Damage is not covered to the extent that it was caused by:

• use contrary to the operating or safety instructions;
• an unsuitable or damaged light fixture or power supply;
• drops, impacts, liquids, fire, lightning, or power surges;
• repairs or modifications not authorized by FlowGlow;
• loss or theft;
• cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality.

An exclusion applies only where the listed cause is responsible for the reported defect.

7. How to make a claim

Contact hello@getflowglow.com during the warranty period and provide your order number, the affected lamp, and a short description of the problem. Photos or a short video may help, but are not required.

If the lamp must be returned, FlowGlow will provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent free return method. Registration, the original packaging, and a warranty card are not required.

If the covered lamp purchase is validly canceled or returned under the applicable return policy, the related warranty extension will also be canceled and refunded.
